Let the heads roll!
Fully customizable heads plugin. Mobs are already programmed with certain skins for the head drops, but can be changed to anything you like. This includes skin and display names, drop frequency and so forth.
For ops and admins. /gethead <PlayerName> allows you to spawn in a head of your choosing.
Permissions:
cdp.mobheads = allows players to get mob heads
cdp.playerheads = allows players to get player heads
cdp.gethead = allows command use to get heads.

This is not just some simple head plugin. It is very detailed and will make a great addition to just about any server.
