CatEyes - see like a cat!
This plugin requires the Emirilda library!
Very simple plugin with only 1 real feature; night vision. The plugin allows you to give night vision to players (online and offline) or allow players to give themselves night vision - a night vision effect that won't expire, get removed by milk, commands, deaths, nor log-outs. Meow?

Commands:
Night Vision:
- nv - Toggle night vision for yourself.
- nv <player> - Toggle night vision for others.
- nv help - Shows a list of commands.
CatEyes:
- cateyes - Show plugin info!
- cateyes info - Show plugin info!
- cateyes help - Shows a list of commands.
- cateyes reload - Reloads the plugin's configuration files.
Permissions:
Green
= everyone has this permission as per default
Purple = only people with op will have this as per default
Yellow = no one will have this permission as per default
All permissions require op for now, so you will have to manually give the permission "cateyes.use" to allow players to toggle night vision.

CatEyes:
- cateyes.use - Permits the user to toggle night vision for themselves.
- cateyes.other - Permits the user to toggle night vision for others.
- cateyes.admin - Permits the user to use administrative features for CatEyes.
All permissions require op for now, so you will have to manually give the permission "cateyes.use" to allow players to toggle night vision.
