bugs:

• fixed running /bal or /balance in the server console without args failing
• fixed Vault plugins not being able to do operations on the DB sometimes (I am not quite sure what caused it but I fixed it)

The codebase had been cleaned up a little.
Updated the CatCore library to 0.0.3.

mistake

Updated log4j2 and the plugin is now made in Kotlin.

added the CatConomy info command and the associated permission
it just displays the basic info about the plugin's state

be prepared to tune your database as we have removed the internal users cache, every request is made directly to the database to make the plugin simpler.

We have changed the API to make use of the bukkit services API system
just get the IBalanceHandler service and you are off to the races!.
