This is a brief update that adds CMI home support
If Cartographer happens to crash your server with an odd error about a ConcurrentModificationException, I am not sure what could be the cause of this, sorry.
As a side note, 1.13 is bringing about some new changes with their map system. Luckily for Cartographer, the 1.13 map renderer is much more like Cartographer's system, so we should be on top of things
