Minor bug fix
- reduced time for finding and creating a cannon for non cannon blocks
- added new command to claim cannons in the surrounding (edge length defined in config 'general/claimEdgeLength: 60')
- added new option preloaded to build cannons loaded with a projectile after creation ('ammunition/preloaded: true')
- fixed redstone firing
