Adds the option to display a hologram when refuelling a torch to show the new remaining time.

- Added option to reset torch burn time with coal or charcoal (customizable) by right-clicking.
- Added ability to prevent torches placed in creative mode from burning out.

Not sure why I didn't include this in the beginning, but restarting the server will no longer prevent placed torches from burning out.
