Update to 1.19

Followed up on a request from a while back to allow for the light meter to detect block light vs. sky light.

This is the update for 1.16 compatibility. No intentional changes to the plugins functions were made.

This plugin now communicates with other plugins by the same developer.

Fixed a bug where the biome data would sometimes display incorrectly. This was most noticeable on custom generated worlds and will likely not matter to most users.

Wodzigrzmot asked for color settings in the config... and I didn't do exactly that, instead I made it so that each player can set the colors the way they would like.

Example: '/hud clock color' would cycle the clock to the next color.

I've also made it a bit more granular, in that you now toggle facing, biome and coords independently, rather than all 3 under 'compass'
