Fixed a few misc bugs, tweaked economy support to work a little better.
Plugin now requires Java 11 or greater.

• Server whitelists should now be respected by the /tpa commands
• Server blacklist should also work now.
• /tp command now supports coordinates /tp [server|world|palyer] <world|x> <x|y> <y|z> <z|[pitch]> [yaw]
• Velocity plugin now supports latest version of Velocity (3.4.0) and requires Java 21.
• Temporarily dropped Sponge server support due to literally 0 users on that platform.
• SuperVanish/PremiumVanish integration fixed.
  
• Working on /tptoggle for the next update - big milestones, I know.

- Added tpcancel command - cancels the last tp request you sent. (bungeetp.cancel)
- Added tpdenyall command - denies all pending tp requests. (bungeetp.deny.all)
- Players can now receive & accept/deny multiple teleport requests.
