Added server selection with the prefix of the server name in the config.
All you need to do is put the prefix inside of square brackets like so - [Hub] and it will find every server starting with "hub" and add it to the server selection list.

Also fixed the command /loadbalancer reload, with aliases of /randomhub and /bungeeloadbalancer
