A simple, straight-forward way to communicate with Staff on your Bungee network!Fix when RGB isn't supported
3.2.1 introduced a bug that if the server didn't have RGB support, it would not be able to handle staff chats at all. A check has now been added, that will fall back to pre-3.2.1 behavior if that situation occurs, so older Bungee installs will now once again work.
