Commands and Permission
User usage: buildprotection.commands
Admin usage: buildprotection.admin >> Will by pass any permission.
Default subcommands:
- prote select >> Enter en edit mode
- prote create <name> >> Create a protection
- prote set flag <true/false>
- prote <add/remove> <player> >> Add and remove players. (Will get all the permissions, we will not support per players flags)
- prote message <enter/exit> >> Change the message
- prote expand <up,down,north,south,east,west> <number_blocks> expand an Area
- prote <rent/unrent> >> Rent an area
- prote delete
- prote list
- prote show >> Show borders of area and protecction.
- prote info >> Show information about the protecction.
Commands with especial permissions:
- prote teleport <prote> >> buildprotection.teleport
- prote rtp >> buildprotection.rtp
How to select an area and create a protection.
Before creating a protection, you must be in edit mode with /prote select, then you must select an area, you can do it in two ways:
* With a stick, you select two opposite points, in order to create a square or a rectangle in three dimensions.
* Or selecting an area around you with /prote select <radius>
Then, you create the protection with /prote select <name>
Flags
You can set permissions per flag to not allow players to change certain flags, for example:
buildprotection.flags.pvp
- BREAK – Prevents players from breaking blocks within the protected area.
- PLACE – Prevents players from placing blocks inside the protected area.
- INTERACT – Blocks interaction with blocks or entities.
- PVP – Disables player versus player combat within the region.
- ENTITY_DAMAGE – Prevents any entity (animals, villagers, armor stands, etc.) from taking damage.
- IGNITE – Stops fire from being placed or spreading within the protected area.
- PISTON – Prevents pistons from pushing or pulling blocks into or out of the region.
- RIDE – Blocks players from riding horses, pigs, minecarts, boats, or other ridable entities.
- TELEPORT – Prevents players from teleporting into or out of the protected area. Ej: chorus_fruit
- FISH – Blocks fishing within the protected zone, including catching or casting fishing rods.
- FLOW – Prevents water and lava from flowing into or out of the protected area.
- MOVE – Restricts players from moving within the protected region.
- ANIMALS – Prevents animal killing
- MONSTERS – Prevents monsters killing
- EXPLODE – Disables explosions from TNT, creepers, beds, or other explosive sources.
- CONTAINER – Prevents access to chests, hoppers, barrels, shulker boxes, and other containers.
- USE – Blocks the use of redstone blocks and similar
- ENEMY_SPAWN – Prevents the spawning of hostile mobs within the protected area.
