Extended Entity Support

I originally planned to only add support for sending a handful of entities through the portal, but I was having fun reworking things and got a bit carried away. I revamped how entities are handled in the portal so, rather than refusing to try to send 'unsupported' entities at all and leaving them behind, portals will now make their best attempt to teleport anything you send through them in a boat or minecart or on a lead. I tested a long list of entities specifically - list below - and those are officially 'supported'. 'Unsupported' entities will also go through but there is a chance they could come out the other side not quite the same as they went in. If you do find some entities in particular that are not on the list and that don't come out quite the same, feel free to shout out and ask for them to be added to a future update!

This release fixes a bug that caused BuildPortals to fail to load sometimes if a world was missing from the server.

A little refactoring and we're good to go for 1.13.1! Plus, in this update, you can now ride boats through portals!
