Added option to disable premium notification

Caution: The free version of Builders Wand will no longer be developed.

Update for 1.18

This version will fix a bug with older spigot version.

Slab's are on the blacklist by default for now.
There is a bug with slabs which allows to duplicate slabs.
As soon i have a fix for that, i will reallow slabs.

This update fixed a bug which prevented the builders wand from working within caves.

Fixed the filename

This version will fix the issue that the plugin needs java 16, now every java version since version 8 should work.

This update also removes ASkyBlock as it is no longer maintained.
In the next days i tries to add support for the replacement BSkyBlock.
I was no longer able to build the plugin with ASkyBlock as dependency so i had to remove it before i can add BSkyBlock.

Fixed an issue while crafting (with shift).

The wands was stackable, which means if the durability was equals 0 the whole stack was consumed.
New Wands are no longer stackable.

Added support for the Lands plugin.

With this update the builderswand supports the ItemsAdder plugin.

Update to 1.16.4

Fixed duplication bug with the helmet slot

This version will add support for the Residence plugin.
Also if you stack a block with a rotation e.g. stair, furnace etc the roation will be same as the "source" block.

Fixed an typo which will internal use the wrong spigot version

This update will update the builders wand to the spigot version 1.16.2.
Also this Update adds two new optional options for the wands.

• blacklist (Blocks on that list are not allowed to build with the wand)
  
• whitelist (Only Blocks on this list are allowed to build with the wand)

This version of the plugins works up to 1.15 and 1.16.

CAUTION: My IDE cant find the API's of Factions and PlotSquared, which means this version of the plugin is NOT compatible with that plugins.

So you have to update the Plugin manually.

In this update i added a api, so developer can use the api to disable the Wand in some areas or for other reasons e.g. the player is not sprintig.

Added mcMMO Support (Requested by @Magarathin)

Added optional permissions for each wand, is a permissions is set (in the wands.yml) then the user needs the permission to use the wand.

e.g.

Added support for Factions and GriefPrevention.
Also fixed a bug (found by @huyhien123).
Its also not possible to stack wand (because they have a tag with a uuid)

This version fixed a bug with the inventory/storage(sneak + leftclick) when the Wand was crafted instead of used the give command.

In the last version all crafted Wands had no uuid so in the storage folder all crafted wands used the null.yml for the inventory!

This version fix a bug while moving items with the number keys is not allowed in any inventory.

I failed and overwrite the updateLine3 key in the translation files.
For everybody who already used the last version => go in the translation files, delete the updateLine3 and reload to fix it.

Added a option (to the config.yml) to disable rendering the particle for each player on the server (so only the player which use the wand can see the partilces).

• Support for WorldGuard and aSkyBlock
  • Added the permission buildersWand.bypass to allow building in blocked areas (e.g. aSkyBlock and/or worldGuard areas)
• Added a new option in the config called renderInterval.
  Its the interval between the particle will be rendered.
  Default are 2 Ticks (20 ticks = 1 second)
