Overview:
This plugin can disable or enable you or other players ability to build. It will turn off your build mode when you join. However, you can also have it automatically enable your build mode.

Commands:
- /build: Toggles the person who executed the player's build mode
- / build <player>: Toggles a specific player's build mode

Permissions:
- build.mode: Allows the player to do /build
- build.mode.bypass: Enables the players build mode when they join
