[ Added] PlaceholderAPI placeholders support in in-game scoreboard
[ Added] Russian, Czech, Romanian and Estonian locales (thanks to POEditor contributors!)
[ Added] Dynamic locale service

As a part of our new technology, dynamic locale service offers you ability to update your locales (non default language) on demand! Locales are fetched through our website and downloaded from our public github repository ( https://github.com/Plajer-Lair/locale_storage), every major locale update you'll be up to date! The requirement is to restart the server cause data is fetched at plugin startup!

[ Changed] Merged PLCore temporarily to fix issue with my other plugins
[ Changed] /bba help command is now executable via players only
[ Fixed] NullPointerException for users who were no longer online
[ Fixed] Now using default values when they not exist in config to avoid NullPointerException from ConfigPreferences
