Fixed an issue with /broadcast-config edit invalidsyntaxmessage which could cause issues for the sound config

Added multi line support by doing \n
Moved broadcasts to Broadcasts.yml
Added Scheduled autobroadcasting and permissions that can be set for autobroadcasting
Added an invalid syntax message which is customizeable
Replaced Staff broadcast to broadcast-topermission
You can now add remove and edit messages in game
Added Hoverable and Clickable Text
Added PlaceholderAPI Support

There is now full management of the plugin in game

You can add any message you want
Tou can add multiple messages.
Edit all those messages.
You can manage the prefix, the sound. Anything there is to customize it can now be done in game
All the /broadcast-config commands are in the documentation section

Have added multi message support which you can now edit in the plugin.yml file there is not a limit to the amount of messages

There is also 2 new placeholders you can use in your broadcasts (
{PLAYERSENDER} and {PLAYERRECIEVER}) more information is in the documentation section and in the config.yml

I have also added bstats support

Laso the log messages have been adjusted for more clarity

Added logging so you can track who did nefarious broadcasts
Added an update checker so you can know when this has been updated
Added a custom config.yml where it now has comments so it is clearer on how it functions
Fixed autobroadcast where you can now edit the message in game and it will now persist
