Broadcast for Party and Friends -----
Adds the command /friend broadcast to Party and Friends- Added hex color support
- The setting change items now have more customization options
- Added support for settings GUI
- Added broadcast receive setting (players can now choose if they want to receive broadcasts from their friends)
- Added reload function (use either /friend or /party from the console to reload PAF and all supported extensions)
- Added support for extension config folder (can be activated in the config of Party and Friends under "Extensions.UseExtensionFolderAsConfigFolder")
- When PAF gets reloaded (execute either /friend, /party or any other PAF command to reload paf) this plugin will be also reloaded from now on
- Added an optional cool down to the broadcast command
- Can be activated in the config
- There is a bypass permission, which can be defined in the config
- The duration of the cool down can be set in the config
