Adds player trails to help navigate long distances without getting lost.- Add commands to have breadcrumbs visible to other players besides the owning player. by @escape9179 in #3

- Add "spawn-distance" config option to set a minimum distance the player must be from other breadcrumbs in order for a new one to spawn.
- Optimize performance. (There's less threads running at once now)
