Added Configuration:

• When a snowball hits a player it returns into their inventory.
• When a snowball hits the ground it drops a snowball item.
  
• You can choose which blocks are bouncy and set it to empty to make all blocks bouncy.

Lot's of refactoring to make these options more efficient.
