Fixed: * Bugs when spawning enderDragons
Fixed: * Error in console that also prevent skills and a lot of other things work if you had a hologram for the boss and you didn't have the latest version of Holographicsdisplays. Now if you don't have the 3.0.0 version the plugin will warn you to update and holograms won't work for bosses, but yet you won't experience other troubles.
Fixed: * Materials chooser gui for hands in the equipment GUI didn't work.
+Cleaned some code and fixed some other minor bug that know i don't even remember anymore
