You can manage Bossbars with this Plugin. Its not complicated and easy to use and really easy to understand.

• /bossbar animation

In the Plugin there is one main command that replace the Vanilla command /bossbar
When you enter /bossbar in the chat and press space it complete the command automatically.

/bossbar-

• add <ID> <color> <title>
• animation <option> <ID> <firstcolor> <secondcolor> (<firstword> <secondword>) *()optional and without spacebar
• language <language>
• help
• list
• modify <ID> <option> <value>
• remove <ID>

To use it you need Permissions. The main Permission to use everything is bossbar.manage
