- Added logic to prevent spawning a new boat while already sitting in one;

- Added restriction to prevent spawning a new boat after dismounting if the previous one hasn’t despawned yet;

- Improved behavior: if you sit back in the same boat before the despawn timer ends → the boat will no longer disappear.

Fixed InvalidConfigurationException when loading config.yml due to incorrect YAML indentation and structure.
