Reworked command-system and all commands. Command responses now show more information, look nicer and are easier to understand.
Also lots of internal improvements.

Upgrading from 5.5

• Replace the bluemap.jar-file with the new one
• Delete your <webroot>/index.html to make bluemap update the webapp
