We're back with support for recent versions of BlueMap, thanks in part to @MiraculixxT

While this project remains discontinued, we have updated the plugin with support for ZNPCsPlus development builds. It is still only compatible with BlueMap 1.7.3 or older. Developers are welcome to submit pull requests on Github.
