This update changes how icons are stored by copying them to the BlueMap web app. It also adds a new configuration option to store markers per map. Special thanks to TechnicJelle for doing most of the work for this update! Note that the required BlueMap version also increased from 2.1.0 to 2.3.0 however most servers should probably already be running this so most likely this has no impact.

Another bug fix, this time for handling errors that could occur when some Essentials user data is broken / cannot be loaded for some reason.

Fix a bug which caused issues with missing home markers and markers sometimes displaying in the wrong worlds. Thanks to eNcrypt65 for finding and reporting this.

Updated to support the latest version of BlueMap. Note: This is not backwards compatible with older versions.

Adds an online-players-only configuration option to the config for homes. This is true by default, but if you toggle it to false all homes for all players on the server will be shown on the map. Not recommended for large servers with lots of homes, as the amount of markers could cause lag, but nice for smaller servers where you want to see your friends' bases even when they're offline.

- Marker set labels now uppercased to match new UI in BlueMap 1.4
- Marker sets will no longer show up in the UI when disabled in the config
- Markers now always properly removed on server shutdown

This update improves the default map markers so they are much more easily visible (especially warps): before -> after. Special shout out to @Puremin0rez for all of the hard work on these!
