The splendid plugin worked as a charm as plug-and-play, even while others and quite popular ones did not, hence investigating the reason.
Meanwhile, this one updates the live map in stable, consistent, and responsible manner.

I will also try investigating if it's possible to change the BlueMap WorldGuard area border color via area flags to have it as customizable as possible without workarounds.

I would also suggest to set a price on the plugin if possible since it doesn't seem free. What is free?
