Adds "blood" particles to players and other entities when they take damage.
Commands:
/bloody-mess (alias: /bm) - Entrypoint for BloodyMess commands
/bloody-mess reload (alias: /bm rl) - Reloads the configuration file
Permissions
(Required when not operator):
bloody-mess.command - Required to use /bm
bloody-mess.command.reload - Required to use /bloody-mess reload

- Plugin should work on servers running Spigot 1.20.6 or higher.
