- Fixes error with generating non-existant config

- Fixes stone/wood playing step/fall sound when dropping items onto them
- Fix issues with hitsound not playing

Fixes sound playing incorrectly on REAL_TRANSPARENT blocks

- Fix sounds.json not being copied over
- Fix place-sound playing when interacting with blocks

Fix step sounds played when sneaking

- Fixes issues with fallsound playing for all entities, i.e dropped items etc.
- Fixes fallsound playing when fall did not cause fall-damage

Correctly copies any of the required entries if they are missing, without overwriting the entire file.
