- Changed name to actually BlockControlSN instead of CobwebSN to not confuse people finding the folder or actually think it's a virus.
- Changed permissions to "blockcontrolsn.bypass" & "blockcontrolsn.reload"
- Changed command to "/reloadblockcontrol"
- Changed minor bug in pom.xml from java 8 to java 22
