How to Use BlockShards
1. Mining and Shards
  • When you mine a block, instead of dropping the vanilla item, it will drop a shard.

  • Shards are lightweight fragments representing that block.

  • Example: Mining Stone → drops Stone Shard.
2. Crafting Blocks from Shards
  • Place 9 shards in a 3x3 crafting grid to form the original block.

  • This recipe is configurable in config.yml.

  • Works with all shard-enabled blocks (stone, ores, etc.).
3. Carrying Pouch
  • Craft or obtain a Carrying Pouch (custom item).

  • Keep the pouch in your off-hand slot while mining.

  • The pouch will record the block type into its lore.

  • To place a recorded block: hold the pouch and right-click on the ground.
4. Upgrading the Pouch
  • Server owners can configure multiple pouch tiers:
    • Basic Pouch → Holds 1 block type.

    • Advanced Pouch → Holds up to 9 block types.

    • Legendary Pouch → Holds full stacks of shards.
5. Commands & Permissions (Beta Preview)
  • /blockshards reload → Reloads config.

  • blockshards.admin → Access to admin commands.

  • blockshards.use → Allows using pouches and shards.
6. Configuration
  • Drop Rates: Adjust shard drop chance per block.

  • Crafting Recipes: Enable/disable specific shard recipes.

  • Pouch Settings: Change capacity, durability, or special effects.
