Finally adds the ability to compress items and blocks added in MC 1.20
Adds support for MC version 1.19's new blocks and items.

Adds missing comressible block "grass_block"
- Added /bcreload command to reload the plugin configuration and allowed compressible items/blocks list files without requiring a server reload/restart.
- Corrects quartz addition.
- Delete the "compressible-items.txt" file from the plugin data directory.
- Restart/reload your server.
- Adds missing item nether_quartz_ore
To apply:
- Delete the "compressible-items.txt" file in the plugin data directory.
- Restart/reload server.
- Fixes issue with interact activation of workbench not working.
- Fixes issue with compressed block placement not being prevented.
- Compression workbench can now be opened via configurable block interaction.
- Improved tab completion on the /bcgive command
* Compressed blocks can no longer be placed to prevent accidentally losing compressed stacks.
- Improved tab completion on the bcgive qty param.
- Clicking the result slot with a stack in hand may now allow picking the result up into the held stack.
Features:
- Adds /bcgive command which allows the caller to give a target player a stack of compressed items.
- Adds block-compression.give permission that controls access to the /bcgive command.
- Bug where overflowing the player inventory on decompression could delete items.
- (De)compression results may now be split in the result stack.
- The shift + left click now behaves similarly to the default MC action. The spread action has been moved to shift + right click.
- Shift + left click on the result slot now performs a bulk (de)compression.
Fixes
- Issue with repeated clicking the zip result slot not allowing the collecting stack to go above $maxStackSize-1
- Issue preventing shift-clicking non-compressed items into normal crafting inventories.
Fix backwards compatibility with 1.17
- Compressed items may no longer be used as crafting ingredients.
- Fixes bug with placing in standard crafting tables being affected by the plugin.
- Fixed some issues with recipe change detection
- Shift click from the crafting result slot now mirrors default MC behavior
