RainSkipper is a plugin designed for Paper and Folia that gives your players control over rain. When it begins to rain in a configured world, RainSkipper will automatically start a vote (after a configurable delay). Every player in that world gets a one-time vote per rain phase, either via clickable chat buttons (
Yes /
No) or commands (/brs yes / /brs no). If the proportion of “yes” votes meets or exceeds a configurable threshold (default 75%), the weather is immediately cleared in that world.
Features include:
• Automatic rain detection and vote startup.
• Manual commands (/brs startvote, /brs reload) for admins.
• Multi-world compatibility (votes happen separately in each world).
• Multilingual messages (English/German) based on client locale.
• Configurable vote delay, required yes percentage, and target worlds.
RainSkipper gives control back to the players — no more waiting for rain to stop, just vote and enjoy clear skies.
