Updated to 1.20.4, also updated some spaghetti code

Hello, I have added a autohosting feature too this plugin. That means that a player host is not needed anymore to play bingo! I have also tweaked the GUI of this plugin.

You need to remove your config.yml file for this plugin before updating so that a new file can be generated. Thanks!

The current included languages are English, Dutch (translated by me) and Spanish! (translated by L0c0d3m1n3cr4ft)

You can also add a language by copying a language file and translating it to your language and then selecting it in the config.yml. If you do translate to a new language please let me know so that I can add it to the current included languages!
