Optimisations for JDK17 and Spigot Minecraft 1.20.4

Now supports 1.16.4 to 1.20.2 and Java 8+

Some bugs with reading and display have been fixed.

Now with a command
/bible loginverse
you can disable the verse for your further login.
Data will be lost once the server restarts. I do not want to pollute the memory and servers performance with an SQLite\JSON database.

You now get a new and meaningful verse when you enter the server! Wow!
This update also changed some version compatibility. I'm trying to improve this plugin for 1.20.1 Sorry.

We now have a Chat Navigator that will appear when using the verse command!

The configuration now has a new option that allows you to configure the Bible internal implementation. I also fixed some display issues and improved the overall code, it is now much more developer friendly and I provided some additional documentation.
