Hi, i finally decided on the api version, i will now develop it on 1.16+]
That means you can use it on any version newer than and including 1.16

P.s: build may not work bc of config.yml issue

I realised that you can't really run the 1.21 plugin on older servers, so here's a 1.12.2 build
