Help protect the environment by recycling items instead of throwing them away.When a player joins the server, a
welcome message from BetterRecycling is shown by default. This can now be
turned off in the configuration file by setting "welcomeMessage" to false.
Refactored the command set. The previous alias for /betterrecycling (/br) was causing conflicts with the brush command from WorldEdit (/br). The new command set is shown below and also on the BetterRecycling page:

- /recycle help shows an explanation of the commands
- /recycle recycles the item in your hand. The corresponding components are placed in your inventory.
- Notify the user whether the version of BetterRecycling is outdated.
- In the previous version, only a select number of items in hand were recycled depending on the found recipes. In the current version, a maximum amount of items in hand are recycled.
