This version adds config support for toggling warning and error messages. Warnings are now off by default. The configuration has changed so please be sure to reset your configuration file. I will try to find ways to make these updates more seamless in the future.

There was a major flaw in the logic of one of the utilities causing custom level caps to not work. This release fixes the issue.
