This update fix it not working with vestiments

As I was working on my server I noticed that one of the plugins I use (thebetterranks) conflicted with BetterSmithing because of a kotlin dependency. Since this plugin is very simple I decided to rebuild it in Java 17.

As I was working on my server I noticed that one of the plugins I use (thebetterranks) conflicted with BetterSmithing because of a kotlin dependency. Since this plugin is very simple I decided to rebuild it in Java 17.

This update adds support to minecraft 1.20, where were introduced smithing templates to customize netherite armors. By default the template required is empty, you can add it by adding "template: SOMETHING" in the config.yml file.

Added a config file to allow for customizing the upgrade items and the items that they upgrade to.
