Disabled Christmas Event - still available through the config file

This version works on 1.21 - 1.21.4

• Fixed Halloween Event not being set to false by default
• Added a rule for Christmas Event in config
• Added Santa's Hat and Santa's Helper's Hat as a possible helmet for mobs (can drop from them too)
• Added Sweet Candies and Gingerbread Cookies as a possible item in hand for mobs (can drop from them too)
• Added Presents as a possible drop from mobs
  • Presents may drop 1-2 common items (basically trash items)
  • Presents may drop 1 rare item (these are the goodies)
  • Presents are not stackable
  • Presents make a sound when you open them based on rarity of the item you get

• Selected mobs (meaning all mobs that our plugin is changing drops for) have a chance to spawn with a carved pumpkin or jack o'lantern on their head!

This is the final big update for this plugin (there will be more updates, but only for version support) . We lowered default magma cream drop percentage and drop amount from zombiefied piglins and added customizable config file with all plugin drops. You'll be able to customize drop percentages and drop amounts from now.

Since 1.16 release, gold farms need to be build with magma blocks for best efficiency and since magma cream come only from magma cubes, we added magma cream drop for zombified piglins to help you with building (since you need so much magma blocks for gold farms).
