Fixxed Database Error, Self Reports, new Permission & Reports Notification on Join
Database Error:
- MySQL is no longer losing connection to the database.
Self Reports:
- Players can't report themselves anymore.
New Permission:
- reports.staff.immune - Players with this permission, can't be reported.
Reports Notification on Join:
- Players with the permission reports.staff.notify now receive a message when joining the server. Message can be changed in languages/en.yml
