Rebalanced vex and allay loot tables
Vex and allay don't drop some items if not killed by a player
Rebalanced goat horn drops
Added sniffer drops
Added resin clumps to creaking drops
Players drop their head if killed by a charged creeper
Added a README.md file to explain version and config setting
Added config options to make bats drop phantom membranes, or for players to always have a chance to drop their heads

Major Version Update from 0.1.1 to 0.2.0
Rewrote entire loot calculation system to be more predictable, reliable and similar to mojang's
Renamed rabbit hide drops to hide
Bats now drop hide
Adjusted some drop chances and numbers to be more inline with a vanilla feeling
Shulkers now drop between 0-2 shulker shells, looting helps but still limit to 2
Jungle leaves drop saplings at the same rate as other leaves (I know it's not mobs but it PMO)
Bug fixes:
Fixed bugs with flame enchantment
Fixed llamas not dropping leather
Pillager captains now drop more than one level of ominous bottles as intended
Frogs can drop slimeballs AND frogspawn, not one or the other
Happy ghasts drop ghast tears properly now
