Update 2.0:

Added 2 completly new features:

Quests:
Found in the main menu, complete simple quests to recieve enchanted coins, these are used as main currency in the store

-Store:
Found in the main menu, ever had issues with finding the last piece of essence, you can now buy them in the store with your coins.
Also added a command to change the balance (coins) of the player

/be <bal> <remove/add> <Player Name> <Amount>

All the balance of players is stored in PlayerBalanceData.yml so make sure you don't accidentaly delete this file.

-Fixed some minor bugs

Update 1.8.2:

-A reload command has been added /be reload

-You can now change the maximum amount of custom enchantments on an item in the config file, max-item-enchants

Update 1.8.1:
-Added a completly new feature: The smithy!
-Completely reworked the gui!

The Smithy:
-Acces the smithy by using the command /be menu
-Reset any item with enchantments and return all levels and essence.
-Normal minecraft enchantments will stay on the item.
-Make sure to reset the item before using an anvil, these don't work at the moment.

New gui:
-Acces the main menu with the command /be menu
-In here you can find the Enchantments, Inventory and Smithy

New Enchantments:

-Strength: A small chance to recieve strength when fighting
apply to: Axe

-Glide: The first ever ascended enchantments is here! Glide gives elytra flight on chestplates

Update 1.8:
-Added a completly new feature: Essence Inventory!

-The plugin now works on all 1.16 versions, previously there were problems with 1.16.4.

The Essence Inventory:
-Acces the inventory by using the command /be inventory.

-Store any amount of any type of essence in this inventory, so your own inventory doesnt fill up with essence!

-Deposit/withdraw 1 essence by left clicking and the entire stack by right clicking.

-All the values are stored in the PlayerInventoryData.yml so make sure you don't accidentally delete this file.

-All the player inventories are saved when reloading/restarting the server.

Bug Fixes:
-Fixed a bug causing the config to not change any values.
-Fixed multiple bugs that where causing errors in the command lines.

Update 1.7.1:
-The plugin now works on all 1.16 versions, previously there were problems with 1.16.3.

-All the commands now have autocomplete, all with a single press of the tab key.

Balance changes:
Leech : Lowered the chance of activating the enchantment, But increased the amount of gained hearts.
Storm : Increased the cooldown from 3 to 5 seconds.

Bug Fixes:

Update v1.6.1

Armor, Tools and Weapons with custom enchantments can now finally be repaired and combined in an anvil wihtout losing any enchanments.

*Note: changing the name will not change the name of the item, I will change this in a future update*

this is used for giving a sign to acces the enchanting menu

This update contains quick balance changes for the following enchantments:

- Experience:
Increased the chance of getting xp when mining, but lowered the amount of xp gotten when mining.

- Whirlwind:
Decreased the chance of activating the whirlwind enchantment.

- Explosion:
Increased the explosion damage and size.

- Saturation:
Increased the chance of recovering hunger with this enchantment.

Better Enchantments v1.5.3

Quick bug fix update:
-The beheading enchantment was causing all armor to instantly break, this has been fixed.
-The explosion enchantment doesn't work by hitting player with a bow anymore.

Update v1.5.2
According to feedback there were some bugs in Better Enchantments v1.5.1, this update fixes the following bugs:

-Entities only drop essence when dying, because of this change the rates of essence drops have been increased.
-Enchanment messages will only be send to the player that is trying to enchant, and not the entire server.
-Fixed a visual mistake that was causing all enchantments to cost common essence.

Please update to this version as soon as possible!

Custom Enchantments (BETA) v1.3.0

This update adds the epic enchanting class, with 5 new enchantments:

-Paralysis:
A chance to render your opponent unable to move for a few seconds.

-Smelting:
Smelts ores when mining them, if this enchantment is level 2 or higher you have a small chance to get extra smelted ores when mining.

-Timber:
Cuts the entire tree when you break the bottom block.

-Leech:
A chance to leech life from the opponent when fighting.

-Saturation:
A chance to recover hunger when fighting.

Custom Enchantments (BETA) v1.2.0 is here!

This update adds the rare enchantments class with the following enchantments:
-Lumbering

This update also greatly reduced the drop rates of all essences, this was way too high in previous versions. Please upgrade to BETA v1.2.0 as soon as possible

This update fixes a bug that was causing some users to not get a config file.

This updates adds several new enchantments and options.

The command to acces the enchantment menu has been changed to /ce enchanting (was /enchanting before). When fighting mobs they will drop essence as well.

This update adds the following new enchantments:
-Abate
-Damage control
-Counter
-Wrath
-Luck

This update also added a config file with configurable essence drop chances while mining a block or fighting mobs. The bigger the number the lower the droprate, use 0 if you don't want a type of essence to drop at all.
