Fix a nag that would happen on paper 1.18.1 about event listener behavior which would be disallowed in the future

- Enabled by default, this option will drop a barrel item that will still contain the items when placed back down rather than dropping all the items inside when a barrel is broken. Should reduce potential for lag.

Fix imports that were causing errors

Make sure to update both RedLib and BetaBarrels at the same time, otherwise the migration will fail

- Barrels can now be properly protected by WorldGuard, among other protection plugins
- Tested for 1.18
