Watermelon now heals.

Forgot to remove my debug message.

Prior to this update, if a player had a health boost, they would not be able to gain any extra hearts.

As a user on Gitlabs pointed out, the API version was set to 1.18, I have since fixed this and BetaFoodAdvanced now supports 1.13 and above.

A member of my Discord Server, Gio, pointed out that players were still taking natural hunger; this is a problem that I forgot to take into account. This update reflects those changes.

In the previous versions; food values were slightly wacky based on some forum, I redid them all and they are up to standard. I also added /bfa, /betafoodadvanced. I don't plan on making any changes to BetaFoodAdvanced for a good while. Still; if any issues are discovered, please join my Discord server
