Additions:

- This version adds support for the BedWars2023 which is a different, more simplistic implementation of BedWars1058, being actively developed by a team of skilled developers led by Tom Keuper.
- Now there are two different messages for /spectate permission and /bwspec reload permission, namely no-permission and reload-no-permission.

Bug Fixes:

- The spectate command throwing NPE instead of working the intended way in BedWarsProxy was fixed!
- The no-permission message should now be working in BedWarsProxy!

Fixed error on startup when using BedWarsProxy or BedWars1058.

- The internal error message on using /spectate without an argument should be fixed (I was being absolutely dumb)!

- The internal error message on using /spectate with a player which doesn't exist should be fixed!

- The started-spectating message not being sent in BedWarsProxy should now be sent!
