* Fixed the plugin not working on 1.9 and up.

After months, I finally updated this addon. This update brings a much smoother animation thanks to the improved code.

Improved:
- Smoother building animation
- Sound is now the same as the big network
- Towers are 1 block taller to match the originals

Next update should come soon which will add configuration for the sound, speed and item the tower uses.

* Fixed a bug with ladders in the south direction

If you're using 0.3, you should update to this version ASAP!

- Fixed towers being built on protected regions (spawn, generators)

This update adds 1.9+ support, so the plugin fully works for any version above 1.8.
