First, place the jar into your plugin folder. Then run the server once to generate the config file. Open the file to modify the plugin's settings. There currently aren't any commands for setting up the plugin, so you'll have to rely on the config file. I know that the way I implemented the settings is far from optimal, but it was like one in the morning when I got to programming that part of the plugin. There is an example of a player with a bedtime and waketime already in it. Bedtime is the start of the ban period, waketime is the end of it. To add more players, simply write their name under "players", their bedtime/ ban start time under "bedtimes" and their ban end time/ waketime under "waketimes". Note that the quotation marks are required for spigot to parse the config correctly. After that, simply start the server and enjoy your new bedtime restrictions.
