Bug fix, error messages not showing while running /offhandadmin
Added these features:
- /offhandadmin <setConfig> <showMessages, playSounds> <true or false> (Permission: 'bedrockoffhand.command.offhandadmin')
- /offhand (Permission: None)
- When you run /offhand it now also shows messages and plays sounds! (you can disable this with /offhandadmin)
