- Added maxAmp parament for maximum effect amplifier
- Temporarily disable effects with a block directly above beacon
- Apply regeneration and resistance to villagers also
- Enable/Disable super beacons using right click with super star

This Update adds the possibility to store beacon effects on a "Super Star" to transmit these to an empty beacon you can carry around.

Now this plugin should also be compatible with non paper spigot servers. I replaced the event listener by a schedule every 100 ticks (5 secs). You now can add default effects to your beacons.
For now, if you update, you need to replace the config.yml manually (use the github project as source). I'll figure out how to do it programmatically.
