Updated Spigot-API Version

BarsOfAction now runs on Spigot 1.19.4.

Rework on -noprefix

The -noprefix argument and the actionbar.noprefix permission have been removed. Instead, use the new permissions and commands to send ActionBars without their prefixes.

Sending to a player: /ab sendnopref <target> <text || -get [savename]> [-sound <sound> [pitch]] (using the actionbar.send.self.noprefix or actionbar.send.others.noprefix permissions)

Broadcasting: /ab bcnopref <text || -get [savename]> [-sound <sound> [pitch]] (using the actionbar.broadcast.noprefix permission)

Bug Fixes and Tweaks

• Updated /ab plugin to include the GitHub website
• Fixed sounds playing in a player’s radius; now they only play to the player
• Sounds no longer play by default with ActionBars
• Fixed quotation marks getting counted as part of the prefix
